If you're having trouble making a payment, please reach out to our customer service team at contact@viennaintouch.com. They will be able to assist you with any payment issues you may be experiencing and provide further guidance on how to proceed.
Yes, we have a refund policy in place. If you need to cancel your ticket, you can do so at least 72 hours prior to the event and receive 80% of the ticket cost back. If you cancel between 72 hours and 24 hours before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of the ticket cost. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Yes, the event will provide rich networking opportunities for participants. In addition to the workshops, there will be networking opportunities during the networking afterparty where attendees can interact with each other, as well as with the speakers and project team. It's a great chance to connect with like-minded people and build valuable professional and personal relationships.
