Finding your first clients online can be a challenging task, but with the right strategies and approach, you can increase your chances of success. Here are some steps to help you find your first clients online:
You can’t confuse the energy of a successful person with anything: there is no anxiety, downcast eyes, embarrassment, inability to present yourself, inability to express a thought, or inability to ask a question. A person with money has a super calm energy. People quickly read us by our energy. A successful woman confidently represents herself at work, with clients, and in relationships. It is hard to imagine a successful woman with low energy, doubting her abilities, and being afraid of what others might think.

The Importance of Energy

State is the new currency. People are attracted to and buy into your energy, the energy of your business. Successful women have a high energy capacity, which is why they manage to do everything and create brilliant projects.

How does this happen? It happens through targeted but highly effective actions. Targeted actions take up a minimal amount of time but require a lot of internal resources. We are sure you're familiar with a situation when you need to do something but you don't do it.

Instead, you scroll through your Instagram feed or engage in anything but not in that task. Why does this happen? You lack the energy for targeted, purposeful action, and you try to replace it with simple but ineffective actions instead of replenishing your resources.

In a harmonious proportion, female energy is capable of restoring lost meaning in life, giving strength and inspiration for new goals and plans, and provides an opportunity to strengthen one's position in business, in the family, and with a partner. In addition, female energy is a source of joy and relaxation, it is the taste of life itself and an opportunity to fully unleash one's potential. Have you ever said to yourself, "I don't have the strength for this", "Nothing makes me happy", "I need more excitement"? These phrases are precisely about the lack of female energy inside.

What is blocking your energy?

Female energy is a natural flow that is given to us by nature, but what is rightfully ours can be lost if we lead an unhealthy lifestyle. Here is a short list of things that block female energy, causing you to lose your strength:

How to Increase Your Energy Level

The most important thing is to get rid of anything that drains your energy. This could include toxic people in your life, unfinished tasks and problems, unresolved health issues, and ideas that you haven't brought to life.
1. Identify your blocks
The most important thing is to understand what specifically blocks your energy and work on it. This can be negative beliefs about yourself such as "I am unworthy of happiness", "I am ugly, dumb", "something is wrong with me", "I am not trying hard enough". Alternatively, it can be suppressed resentments, anger towards ex-partners, and parents. If something from this list resonates with you, then it's worth seeking help from a psychologist and dealing with the emotions that seem negative but still require your attention and care.


2. Learn to rest
Stress not only kills nerve cells but also blocks access to energy. The ability to rest and relax is an important condition for a harmonious life for a modern woman. You can work a lot, solve all problems independently, but lose your strength at the most responsible moment if you forget to find time for yourself every day. Wake up early, do yoga, have a cup of coffee or tea, spend time alone, and just relax. Don't forget to plan your rest: go for a massage, manicure, or have a drink with friends. Allocate at least 10 minutes during a busy workday to breathe fresh air and see what's happening around you. After this time, you will feel a surge of energy - this is female energy that has finally gained access to your body.


3. Be present in the moment
One of the most effective ways to increase your energy level is by practicing mindfulness and being present in the moment. When you are constantly worried about the past or anxious about the future, you are draining your energy resources. Instead, try to focus on the present moment, embrace it and enjoy it. This will help you save your energy and use it more efficiently.

4. Surround yourself with positive people

Gratitude is a powerful tool for shifting your focus from what's missing in your life to what you already have. By practicing gratitude regularly, you will become more aware of the abundance in your life and help you attract even more positive experiences and energy.

6. Set clear boundaries
In order to maintain your energy, it's essential to establish clear boundaries and know when to say no. By setting healthy limits, you can protect your time and energy from being drained by unnecessary demands and obligations.

7. Reconnect with nature
Nature has a healing and rejuvenating effect on our energy. Spending time outdoors, soaking up the sun, and breathing fresh air can help you recharge and replenish your energy reserves.

8. Exercise regularly
Physical activity is crucial for maintaining and increasing your energy levels. Exercise helps improve blood circulation, releases endorphins, and promotes better sleep. Choose your preferred form of exercise, whether it's yoga, running, dancing, or weightlifting, and make it a part of your daily routine. Just choose the one that you like!

9. Track your results

The best way to live in the present moment is to notice your achievements. Every day, summarize what useful things you did today, how many unfinished tasks you completed, and how you pleased yourself. By giving events meaning, you get the advance of energy that you can use for new achievements.

Also, every small victory is still a victory. Often, we are so critical of ourselves that we fail to notice our own achievements. We think that nothing praiseworthy or respectable happens in our lives. But that's not true. Each day, acknowledge your successes, even the smallest ones. For instance, refusing a calorie-rich dessert and preparing an amazingly healthy and tasty dinner.

10. Meditate
Meditation is the most reliable way to connect with your inner self and fill yourself with energy. This practice has already become part of a healthy lifestyle, but it has much more meaning than just gaining a healthy mind. It is a source of female energy. Every morning, take time to sit in silence or try a new meditation technique. Be alone during this time, let your loved ones know that you should not be disturbed, and just feel how the energy flows into you.

11. Practice affirmations
List what you want to receive right now. Realize your worth, and people around you will see you in a new light. Daily affirmations can change the way we think, boost our self-confidence, and overcome negative thoughts. Affirm your goals and dreams by using positive statements. This helps you take charge of your thoughts and empower yourself.

12. Engage in creative activities
Seems that one of the most effective ways to enhance feminine energy is to immerse yourself in the act of creation in any form. Crafts, painting, poetry, and music help express one's emotions and attract positive feelings. Find joy in what you do, even if your creations are far from perfect. Remember what you loved to do in your childhood, as a teenager, and do it again :)
